1. Introduction & Definitions

sat20 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account in cases of suspicious activity, fraud, or misuse of the platform.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

The following policies apply to financial transactions on sat20:

4.1 Deposit

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay due to technical issues, please contact support.
• Funds deposited into the account must be made using only the payment method registered to the account owner.

4.2 Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are generally completed within 10–45 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket).
• Withdrawals may be delayed if the identity verification process has not been completed.
• Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirements have been met.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

sat20 offers various types of bonuses and promotions. The following terms apply to these bonuses:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
• For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000; a ৳12,000 deposit earns a ৳5,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳17,000.
• Wagering requirement: you must wager 10 times the bonus amount — on the bonus amount only (not on the deposit plus bonus).
• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 in wagers must be placed before winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus must be used within a specified time period. Once expired, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Each bonus may have its own wagering requirements — read the detailed terms of the relevant offer carefully.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred or exchanged with other members.
• sat20 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and close accounts in cases of fraudulent bonus use.

6. Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all gaming activities available on sat20:

• "Fair play" is ensured across all games. Any attempt at cheating or fraud will not be tolerated.
• If a game result is affected by a technical error, sat20 reserves the right to provide a reasonable resolution.
• sat20's server logs will be considered the final evidence in determining game results.

• Using automated bots or third-party software to play games is completely prohibited.
• Playing games or collecting bonuses using multiple accounts is prohibited, and if proven, all associated accounts will be cancelled.

7. VIP Membership & Cashback

Active members on sat20 can automatically participate in the VIP program. There are three tiers:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 1.0%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.5%.

Through continuous active play, you can advance to higher VIP tiers. Each tier comes with additional benefits and special offers. Cashback is added to your account every week and the relevant bonus terms apply.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are completely prohibited on the sat20 platform:

• Money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Creating an account using a fraudulent identity.
• Unauthorized access to or hacking of another member's account.
• Interfering with the platform's systems or security.
• Abusing or manipulating the bonus system.
• Harassing, threatening, or discriminating against other players.
• Managing an account using any automated method or robot.
